Serial Blast

Another serial blast in Mumbai on 13 July 2011 which rocked the city. Every time when there is a blast we accuse Pakistan and ISI. Percentage is very less who raised voice against the citizen of India who provided the shelter, food and other administrative assistance to such militants /criminals. The general public is the eyes and the ears of government and the agencies who deals with such matters. Why the suspicious activities in their street and localities are not reported  to Police or any other agency by the common man  Every time we blame Govt., police and politicians etc. But the biggest defaulter is the public. Police is hardly available for primary duties .Police stations are under strength .Dealing militancy requires firm determination of government and the agencies which are responsible for fighting the militancy. The state police/armed police forces should be made capable to fight the militancy rather asking central forces like BSF,CRPF or ARMY .NSG etc. Every time. The effective modernization of civil police and the armed police of the states should be done by way of proper recruitment, selection, infrastructures, weaponry, modern gadgets, training, exposures to various situations and side by side disaster management force should be trained to manage the situation. The bomb disposal teams should be provided at District Head quarter level with full equipment and training to deal with the bomb disposal work rather asking from other places.
